Where can I access my previous purchases?

You’ll find all your past plans, payment history and invoices in the app: Open the GoMoWorld app Go to  Account > Order History You’ll see dates, destinations, and plan details and access invoices.

How do I change my billing country or tax information?

Accepted Answer

You can edit your billing country, or invoice name in the app under  Settings > Account  — before making a purchase. 📌  Note : Once a purchase is completed, the invoice is generated automatically and can’t be changed afterwards. Make sure your details are correct before you check out.

How do I delete my credit card information?

When you make a payment on GoMoWorld, your credit card is  automatically saved  for faster future checkouts. 🔒 Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your payment details are fully encrypted and securely processed by a leading global payment provider.  GoMoWorld  does not store or have access to your full card number or any sensitive payment data  — everything is handled externally by a trusted and certified payment platform. Can I delete my saved card? Yes. To ensure smoother payments, your card is saved temporarily during checkout – but you can remove it right after if you prefer. Here’s how: Open the GoMoWorld app Choose any plan On the  checkout screen , under “Select your payment method,” tap  “Change” You’ll now see your saved card Tap  “Delete”  next to the card to remove it from your account 💡 You can add a different card at any time during a future purchase. 🔗 Related articles:  → What payment methods can I use?

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can download your invoice directly from the app. 🧾 After each successful purchase, your invoice will be available in  Settings > Order History .  If you need it to include your  name ,  company , or  tax details , make sure to fill in your billing information  before checkout  in  Settings > Account . 📌  Note:  Invoices are not sent by email.

What happens if a payment fails?

Which currency will I be charged in?

Accepted Answer

All GoMoWorld data plans will be charged to your payment method in Euro (€). Depending on your payment method and its native currency, the payment processor may charge you a currency exchange commission fee on top of the exchange rate.
