This message can appear if your GoMoWorld eSIM has been disabled in your device settings

To use your GoMoWorld travel data, you’ll need to (re)activate your GoMoWorld eSIM when this message appears in the app.

To (re)activate your GoMoWorld eSIM:

On iOS:

  • Open Settings and tap Cellular
  • Look for the eSIM label you chose during installation (e.g. “GoMoWorld”). It may appear as “Travel,” “Secondary,” or something similar. You can identify your GoMoWorld eSIM because the number usually begins with several zeros (e.g., 00000…).
  • Turn the line On
  • Make sure Data Roaming is enabled

On Android (Samsung, Motorola, …)

  • Open Settings and tap Connections
  • Go to SIM Card Manager
  • Toggle on your GoMoWorld eSIM to enable it
  • Confirm by tapping OK (Turn on eSIM)
